TASER cartridges are manufacturered with unique serial numbers have an Anti-Felon Identification system, which, when fired, discharges 20-30 serialized paper confetti tags. Police and other Law enforcement can use the confetti from the scene and contact TASER International to obtain ownership information so police can track either possible misuse or identify the victim of the encounter.
