I just love taking phone calls from potential customers who are wanting help choosing their stun or protection device. I mean, so often I just take for granted that the stun gun product information is self explanatory. Of course, like anything, its usually only self explanatory to those who are somewhat knowledgeable to begin with.
So, the phone calls are a way to keep me looking at our website in a new way. I hear first hand from customers what they "thought" something on our website meant. And, this gives me the opportunity to try to improve our site to make it more and more friendly.
