I just received an email that reminded me of what business we're really in. Its easy to think we're in the business of selling stun guns, TASER guns and other self defense products. And, of course, we are in that business. But, in reality, we're in the service business.

The email I just received was from someone who had purchased a Z-FORCE 100,000 volt stun gun. When, they got it, they realized it didn't come with a holster. So, when they went to our website to check, they found that the holster is an option. They further learned that by spending a couple dollars more, they'd be at the same price as the Z-FORCE 300,000 volt stun gun that comes with a holster. So, they made arrangements to return the 100k unit and ordered the 300k unit.
