I just received an email that reminded me of what business we're really in. Its easy to think we're in the business of selling stun guns, TASER guns and other self defense products. And, of course, we are in that business. But, in reality, we're in the service business.

So, when they went to our website to check, they found that the holster is an option. So, they made arrangements to return the 100k unit and ordered the 300k unit.
